What shipping costs

How quickly packs arrive

Once your packs are in stock, we aim to despatch the same day a send request comes through. From despatch, typical delivery times are:

• 1–3 business days — QLD, NSW, VIC and ACT
• 3–7 business days — TAS, SA, WA and NT

Things can slow down in peak periods (like pre-Christmas) or during significant weather events — if you're working to a hard date, tell us and we'll plan around it.

International delivery

Yes, we ship internationally — to most countries worldwide. Pricing depends on the destination and the weight of the merch being sent.

Customs and import fees: individual countries and their local authorities set their own import taxes and fees. These are outside our control and are payable by the recipient, so we recommend checking with the local customs office whether taxes apply and how much they may be.

If the recipient isn't home

Most of our shipments are sent with Authority to Leave. If there's a safe place, the courier will leave the products there. If there's no safe place — say an apartment building lobby — the courier leaves a card and takes the delivery to a nearby store for pick-up within five business days.

If a pack comes back to us

When a pack is returned to sender, we work with you to find the correct details and get it back on its way. A re-send does incur an additional postage cost.
